| Nobitex is looking for a Senior B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with high-value clients and organizations, helping them adopt Nobitex solutions, and ensuring a strong, trust-based client experience. This is not a classic sales-only role. Success in this position comes from strong relationship-building, strategic follow-up, and converting trust into real business outcomes. This role plays a key part in expanding Nobitex’s institutional partnerships and long-term revenue streams. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and high-value clients Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions based on business context Drive client onboarding and adoption through structured follow-ups and consultative sessions Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, and Leadership) to support key client requirements Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and pipeline progress Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, client development, key account management, or relationship-driven roles Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously Strong ownership mindset with disciplined and structured follow-up Strong experience working with CRM tools and maintaining clear documentation Ideal Candidate Profile: Able to understand complex business needs and translate them into practical solutions Comfortable engaging with senior executives, CFOs, founders, and business owners Skilled at managing client expectations and creating a strong sense of partnership Contextual Fit for Nobitex: Understanding of regulatory, legal, and trust-sensitive environments in Iran Familiarity with fintech, crypto-related businesses, import/export companies, professional traders, or institutional clients Genuine interest in building sustainable, long-term collaborations rather than transactional sales |
