Senior Business Performance Management Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Business Performance Management Specialist to enhance our company’s overall performance and efficiency. The right candidate will have strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills, and will play a key role in driving data-based decisions and improving collaboration with partner agencies	Job Description
Monitor and analyze key business indicators to evaluate company and partner performance Prepare regular performance and trend reports for management and business units Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to gather insights and optimize cooperation terms Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost optimization across business units Support strategic and operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities Build and maintain structured databases and dashboards for performance tracking Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner Follow market trends and competitor activities to provide benchmarking insights Participate in defining and tracking KPIs that align with the company’s strategic goals Assist in the design and implementation of initiatives to improve overall business results	Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred) years (+2) of experience in business analysis, performance management, or strategic planning Strong skills in data interpretation, Excel, and business intelligence/reporting tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously Strategic and problem-solving mindset with a focus on measurable results	Requirments
