At Nobitex, campaigns are one of the key ways we communicate value, build trust, and help more than 11 million users better understand and engage with our products.
We are looking for a Senior Campaign Specialist who can take full ownership of marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects from brief to launch and post-campaign evaluation. In this role, you will turn high-level ideas, product priorities, and business objectives into clear execution plans. You will break complex campaigns into manageable workstreams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines and dependencies, and independently drive projects forward with discipline and accountability.
You will not simply coordinate campaigns — you will be expected to own their execution and outcomes end to end.
What You’ll Do:
Own campaigns end to end: Lead campaigns from initial brief and planning through execution, launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
Turn strategy into execution: Break large campaigns and projects into clear workstreams, milestones, tasks, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
Drive cross-functional delivery: Work closely with Brand, Content, Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, PR, Product, Tech, CRM, agencies, and external partners to keep projects moving.
Manage campaign operations: Build and maintain project plans, proactively identify risks and blockers, follow up on deliverables, and make sure campaigns launch on time and at the expected quality.
Own campaign performance: Define success metrics before launch, monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and turn results into actionable learnings.
Manage multiple priorities: Run several campaigns and marketing projects simultaneously while making clear trade-offs based on business impact, urgency, and available resources.
What We’re Looking For:
+4 years of experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, marketing project management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced digital business.
Strong project breakdown and project management skills — you can take an ambiguous, complex project and turn it into a structured and executable plan.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability; you are comfortable independently driving projects forward rather than waiting for direction or follow-up.
Proven experience working with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders and managing dependencies without necessarily having direct authority over them.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect campaign activities to measurable marketing and business outcomes.
Excellent communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
What Success Looks Like:
You are successful in this role when you can take a complex campaign with multiple stakeholders, create clarity around what needs to happen, who needs to do it, and by when, and independently drive the entire project toward a high-quality, measurable outcome.
You bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate problems before they become blockers, and make sure ideas actually turn into executed campaigns — not just plans.
