At Azki’s Data Team, we are looking for a responsible and skilled problem-solver to help us guide the business and build better products. As a Senior Data Analyst assigned to the Operations Department, you will play a key role in ensuring that operational processes are data-driven, efficient, and continuously improving.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with data team members and other teams to run data analysis projects.
Write and run complex queries using data analysis tools and databases.
Analyze data carefully to find patterns and give practical recommendations.
Design and manage statistical tests to evaluate the impact of product and business changes on operation processes
Define, track, and analyze KPIs, metrics, and OKRs related to business and operations individuals performance.
Use data storytelling to clearly communicate insights to different stakeholders.
Work closely with operations and other business teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Automate complex calculations from various sources of data to meet department needs.
Actively contribute to work force planning and budgeting to optimize operational costs.
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
Strong skills in SQL and BI tools like Metabase and Trino.
Deep knowledge of databases like ClickHouse and MySQL.
Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design, and A/B testing.
Ability to solve complex problems and build practical solutions using Python and tools like GitLab.
Familiarity with data pipelines and tools like Kafka and Airflow.
Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of business and product needs, and the ability to turn them into actionable insights.
Optional Skills:
Experience in mentoring and supporting team members in their career growth, including close collaboration and pair work to improve project outcomes.
Contribution to building and improving data pipelines at Azki.
