Job Title: Senior Golang Developer
We’re looking for a Senior Golang Developer who’s passionate about writing clean code, solving real-world challenges, and continuously improving. If you thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy turning complex ideas into working solutions, we’d love to meet you.
Design and implement high-performance, scalable microservices in Golang
Lead architecture discussions and code reviews to ensure best practices
Develop secure and reliable backend services integrated with AI-powered components
Optimize application performance and scalability across distributed systems
Collaborate with DevOps, AI, and frontend teams to improve development workflows
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve advanced production-level issues
Job requirements
Role Requirements
Proficiency in Golang and deep understanding of its ecosystem
Skilled in SQL and NoSQL — from MySQL & PostgreSQL to MongoDB.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservice architecture
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
Proficiency in Git (including advanced concepts such as rebase)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to take technical ownership and drive projects independently
Preferred:
5+ years of backend development experience (3+ in Golang)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in cloud-based environments or distributed systems

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
