| At blu, we are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of campaigns and brand projects. This role has a strong focus on campaign artwork, key visuals, print media, and packaging, requiring deep expertise in print production and supervision of execution. | Job Description |
| Design and develop campaign artworks for marketing and advertising initiatives Create innovative Key Visuals aligned with the brand identity Design various print media materials (posters, brochures, catalogs, OOH, etc.) Design packaging structures and graphics (Packaging Structure & Design) Prepare final files according to print standards Supervise the print process and coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality output Select appropriate materials, printing methods, and production techniques (Offset, Digital, Flexo, etc.) Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions aligned with campaign objectives |
Responsibilities |
| Strong proficiency in graphic design and visual communication principles Professional experience in campaign artwork and key visual design Specialized expertise in print media and deep knowledge of print production processes Familiarity with packaging structure design and production constraints Mastery of various print methods and print supervision Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of brand identity and visual consistency High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to present and defend design ideas Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Graphic Designer |
