Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join Jabama’s Marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills, visual thinking, and a deep understanding of brand needs to create effective and high-quality visual outputs across different channels and projects. This role will be involved in designing visual campaigns, developing graphic content, and executing design projects from concept to final delivery.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality visual assets for various channels, including digital marketing, social media, website, CRM, print materials, and ATL & BTL campaigns.
Translate design briefs and business needs into creative visual solutions, develop visual concepts, and design key visuals, advertising materials, and other brand assets while maintaining Jabama’s visual identity.
Produce and optimize high-quality advertising images using retouching, image editing, and photo manipulation techniques.
Utilize AI and image generation tools throughout the ideation process, concept development, and design workflow optimization.
Collaborate closely with other members of the creative team and marketing teams to transform ideas into final outputs.
Maintain Jabama’s visual consistency across different brand touchpoints and contribute to the development of the design system.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver outputs according to project timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including Composition, Layout, Visual Hierarchy, Typography, and Visual Storytelling.
Proficiency in Image Retouching, Photo Manipulation, and advertising image enhancement, with an understanding of photography principles, lighting, color, and composition.
Experience working with AI image generation tools and the ability to incorporate them into the design process.
Familiarity with print processes, printing materials, and preparing files for production (Print Production).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of visual execution.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility, follow-through, and commitment to project quality and timelines.
Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and the ability to collaborate constructively with team members.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with After Effects and experience creating motion graphics.
Familiarity with Figma and basic UX/UI principles.
Experience working in industries such as travel, hospitality or e-commerce.
