| Job Description: Conduct end-to-end recruitment for operational roles (e.g., staff-level and support positions). Support HR initiatives, surveys, and engagement activities within operational teams. Provide guidance to managers on labor law obligations and HR standards. Act as a trusted point of contact for operational employees, addressing day-to-day issues with empathy and fairness. Prepare HR-related reports for management, including hiring metrics, turnover, attendance, and workforce status. Oversee daily HR administrative tasks and ensure timely execution of HR workflows. Manage and maintain accurate employee data, contracts, attendance records, and documentation. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth, timely integration of new employees.
