Senior Legal Specialist – Contracts

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Legal Specialist - Contracts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, monitoring regulatory developments, and providing legal guidance to cross-functional teams. You will also contribute to designing contractual frameworks, preparing contracts aligned with new business initiatives, conducting contract risk assessments, and recommending suitable contractual templates.	Job Description
Review, draft, and finalize a wide range of contracts, including cooperation agreements, service contracts, NDAs, SLAs, contractor agreements, and other legal documents in line with company standards. Lead and support legal negotiations with counterparties to ensure fair, balanced, and defensible contractual terms. Continuously monitor and interpret updated laws and regulations related to fintech, crypto assets, e-commerce, data-driven services, data protection, and related domains. Identify contractual and legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. Provide legal guidance and support to internal teams regarding contractual matters and regulatory considerations. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal procedures, guidelines, templates, and documentation. Support new business initiatives by preparing and adapting contracts aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.	Responsibilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. Strong knowledge of regulations governing online businesses and financial/fintech activities, including e-commerce regulations, crypto-related rules, Central Bank regulations, and intellectual property laws. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and editing specialized contracts. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze complex contractual clauses. Familiarity with fintech, crypto, and financial products is considered a plus. High analytical ability with strong attention to detail and documentation quality. Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple contracts and files simultaneously.	Requirements
