Senior Management Accountant
As a Management Accounting Senior Specialist, you will oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, coordinating with other departments, and driving efforts to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. Your role will be crucial in supporting decision-making through detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.	Job Description
Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that provide senior management with insights into financial performance, trends, and risks. These reports will analyze operational results, revenue growth, cost structure, and cash flow. Ensure that financial closing procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements, including Iran GAAP, and adhere to internal policies and standards. Act as a liaison with external auditors during audits, providing accurate financial data and necessary supporting documentation. Prepare detailed management reports that offer valuable insights into operational performance, profitability, and cost control to inform decision-making. Conduct thorough cost analysis related to services and projects, identifying variances from budgets and highlighting opportunities for cost savings. Develop and implement robust internal control procedures to protect the organization's assets and ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Oversee the financial aspects of specific projects, ensuring that budgets are maintained and financial objectives are achieved.	Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to analyze financial information and provide suitable solutions. Capability to guide and motivate team members toward shared goals. Ability to convey financial information simply to non-financial managers.
