Job Description
We're looking for an experienced *sales and Partnership development professional* who can build strategic relationships with brands and businesses to drive company growth. This role centers primarily on *negotiating, closing deals, and selling advertising/partnership opportunities to brands* — so hands-on B2B sales experience and familiarity with advertising agencies or major brand accounts is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with company goals
Negotiate directly with brands and marketing decision-makers* to sell advertising and partnership opportunities
Close deals, draft partnership agreements, and manage the legal/commercial aspects of contracts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to achieve shared objectives
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate partnerships into company initiatives
Track partnership performance, analyze results with a data-driven approach, and recommend improvements
Stay on top of industry trends, competitive partnerships, and emerging opportunities in the advertising and marketing space
Forecast and report on results of joint projects (co-branded promotions, lead-sharing, event partnerships)
Make smart use of *AI tools for project management, reporting, process automation, and data collection/analysis* to support faster, better decisions
Deliver a high-quality, professional experience to partners throughout the collaboration
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience*, preferably in advertising sales, media, or brand partnerships
Experience at an advertising agency, media sales team, or similar role* is a strong advantage
Proven track record of *negotiating and closing deals with major/well-known brands*
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at the executive/decision-maker level
Deep understanding of digital marketing, the online advertising ecosystem, and brand partnership mechanics
Practical familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply them in daily work* (project management, reporting, process automation, data collection and analysis)
Ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
