| We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will maximize marketing efficiency by tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of all marketing activities. Your work will ensure that our marketing investments are data-driven, transparent, and aligned with our business growth targets. | Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards (campaigns, funnels, spend, ROI) Track and report KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives Analyze marketing activities and recommend actionable optimizations to drive better results Lead budget monitoring: track spend vs. ROI and forecast performance trends Drive implementation of attribution models and customer journey analytics Partner with marketing leads to embed performance-driven decision-making across campaigns Build performance reporting frameworks to ensure leadership visibility into key metrics |
Responsibilities |
| Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance management, or a similar data-driven role Strong understanding of marketing channels, funnel metrics, and performance optimization techniques Proficient with Power BI or similar applications, CRM analytics, and tracking platforms Experience supporting marketing campaigns and developing optimization strategies Skilled in price negotiations with vendors and cost analysis Critical thinking and strong data interpretation skills High attention to detail and process accuracy Clear communication and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences Proactive problem-solving mindset Structured, deadline-oriented approach Advanced analytics and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, BI Tools) Budget tracking and ROI analysis expertise Attribution modeling (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling |
