We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, Data, and Content teams to scale user acquisition efficiently, improve marketing performance, and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize efficiency and business impact.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CAC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Retention, and LTV.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and landing page conversion.
Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Build dashboards and communicate performance through clear, data-driven reports.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Design, and Content teams to improve the customer acquisition funnel.
Continuously research, test, and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Solid understanding of digital acquisition channels and conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and mobile attribution platforms.
Experience with BI tools such as Metabase and Looker Studio is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
