| Description | job title |
| Map, analyze, and redesign business processes using BPMN to enhance efficiency and alignment. Design and implement workflows, automations, and dashboards in Jira (and other BPMS tools) and integrate them with related systems. Collect, clean, and analyze process data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into optimized processes. Define, track, and report on process performance metrics through dashboards (Power BI or similar). Develop and maintain clear, accessible documentation for users, administrators, and process owners. Deliver training sessions and coaching on process management best practices and tools. Technical Competencies Strong understanding of process mapping and redesign methodologies (BPMN). Hands-on experience with BPMS platforms such as Jira (workflow design, automation, dashboarding, and system integration). Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and process performance indicators. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Behavioral Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Passion for continuous improvement and process excellence. High sense of ownership and accountability for results. Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs.
