Job Description
At Snapptrip, a subsidiary of Snapp Group—the largest internet services company in the Middle East—we operate in the dynamic online travel industry, specializing in hotel and ticket reservations.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to create simple, reliable, and scalable digital experiences. This role will focus particularly on operational panels, data-rich dashboards, and complex workflows used by internal teams, partners, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design skills with product thinking and the ability to understand business logic, operational processes, and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design process, from problem definition and exploration to final delivery and implementation.
Design intuitive operational panels, dashboards, administrative tools, and complex user workflows.
Translate business requirements, product logic, and large volumes of data into clear, efficient user experiences.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
Design effective patterns for tables, forms, filters, reports, data visualizations, permissions, and various system states.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data and Operations teams, Researchers, and other Designers.
Use research, analytics, user feedback, and business metrics to evaluate and improve designs.
Contribute to the design system and ensure consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and implementation quality.
Use AI tools to improve design workflows, accelerate exploration, and contribute to AI-enabled product experiences when relevant.
Requirements
6+ years of relevant experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role—or equivalent senior-level experience.
A degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, problem-solving, and high-quality final interfaces.
Experience designing complex products such as dashboards, administrative panels, operational tools, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy applications.
Strong product thinking and the ability to understand business rules, user roles, system behavior, edge cases, and technical constraints.
Strong interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and UI skills.
Experience designing tables, forms, filters, reports, charts, and multi-step workflows.
Strong command of Figma, prototyping, component-based design, and design systems.
The ability to explain design decisions, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to support design decisions.
Practical experience using AI tools in product design, with a clear understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
Nice to Have
Experience designing internal tools, partner panels, supplier portals, CRM platforms, or business-intelligence dashboards.
Experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or logistics.
Familiarity with user research, usability testing, product analytics, and A/B testing.
Experience collaborating closely with Front-end Engineers.
Experience mentoring Designers or contributing to design-team practices.
Experience designing AI-powered features or AI-assisted workflows.
