Description

job title

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our quick commerce experience.
This role is for designers who enjoy solving complex product and operational challenges, turning them into simple, intuitive experiences for customers. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and business stakeholders to design products that create value for both users and the business.
Beyond delivering polished interfaces, you'll be expected to bring strong product thinking, challenge assumptions, contribute to strategy, and help teams make better decisions through design.
What You'll Do
Own and drive design initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Design end-to-end experiences across shopping, checkout, delivery, and post-purchase journeys.
Translate customer needs, business goals, and operational constraints into clear product solutions.
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate ideas.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and validate decisions.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to our design system and raise the overall quality bar of the product.
What We're Looking For
A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem-solving skills, and measurable impact—not just polished UI.
Experience designing and shipping complex digital products as part of cross-functional product teams.
Ability to simplify ambiguous problems and make thoughtful trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
Confidence in presenting work, facilitating discussions, and defending design decisions with evidence.
Curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward learning and continuous improvement.

Are comfortable working with data, experimentation, and rapid iteration.

Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, delivery, fintech, or other fast-moving consumer products.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows.
Skills in motion design, front-end development, service design, or other complementary disciplines.
