As a Senior Product Designer at Cafe Bazaar, you will design and deliver high-impact user experiences at scale — shaping how millions of users interact with our ecosystem every day. You’ll collaborate closely with talented engineers, product managers, and designers in an autonomous, fast-paced, and learning-driven environment. |
Responsibilities |
| As a Product Designer at Cafe Bazaar, you will: Deeply understand user needs and problems, and translate insights into meaningful product experiences. Participate in the full design process — from problem definition, research, and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final delivery. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality, consistent, and delightful user experiences. Use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions. Create effective, testable prototypes and contribute to hypothesis validation and experimentation. Help improve our design system and elevate the craft and quality of our design output. Minimum3 years of experience in product or UX design. Strong command of visual design, including layout, color, and typography. Proven ability to deliver clean, consistent, and brand-aligned interfaces. Experience with design systems and scalable component-based design. Ability to connect design decisions to business goals and user needs. Ability to articulate and justify design decisions clearly. Skilled in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows. Ownership mindset and interest in continuous improvement. |
Requirements |
| Experience designing for products with a large user base. Familiarity with data-informed and research-driven design. Awareness of current UI trends and design best practices. |
