| We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, impactful product experiences and solve complex design challenges end-to-end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and deliver user-centered solutions. Responsibilities: Own complex product design problems end-to-end, from problem framing, research, and ideation to prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration. Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into high-impact product solutions. Design clear user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces with strong attention to usability, consistency, and craft. Partner closely with product, engineering, research, data, and business stakeholders to align on problems, priorities, trade-offs, and product direction. Use research, behavioral data, and usability testing to uncover user needs, validate assumptions, and turn insights into actionable design decisions. Define success criteria with product and data teams, measure design impact through metrics and feedback, and iterate based on evidence. Contribute to the design system by improving reusable patterns, interaction standards, documentation, and consistency across product surfaces. Communicate design rationale clearly, facilitate design critiques, and advocate for user-centered decision-making. Mentor other designers, raise the quality bar, and support a healthy design culture within the team. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably on complex digital products. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership, problem-solving depth, design craft, and measurable impact. Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, interaction design, and interface design. Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, user research, and evidence-based design practices. Ability to work with product metrics, user feedback, and qualitative/quantitative insights to inform design decisions. Excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills. Experience working in cross-functional agile product teams. Ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints. Experience with marketplace, e-commerce, travel, booking, fintech, or transaction-heavy products is a plus. |
