| Job Description Driving the strategic development of product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends. Analyzing market opportunities and competitive landscapes to inform product direction. Operating autonomously with full accountability for product success and profitability. Tracking and analyzing product KPI reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with stakeholders to align on product goals, timelines, and deliverables; effectively communicate progress and manage expectations. Leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced certifications in product management or business strategy is highly preferred. 3-5 years of experience in product management or related fields, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches. Experience in managing full product life cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product strategy is essential. Product management training, familiarity with Agile/Scrum and data-driven decision-making; knowledge of product analytics tools is a plus. Technical Skills Knowledge of product lifecycle management, product strategy, and roadmap planning. Experience in market research and competitive analysis. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and product development principles. Analytical skills with experience in product KPIs, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making. Business acumen and understanding of customer needs, market trends, and product performance drivers. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
