| Job Summary: Tapsell is looking for a talented and analytical Senior Product Manager to join one of our core product teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to drive impactful product initiatives, enhance platform capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions that create tangible value for our ecosystem. You will act as a strong individual contributor, bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy. By ensuring seamless collaboration with other core product and optimization teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our platform. Responsibilities Product Planning & Execution: Manage the product backlog, oversee task management, and drive sprint planning to ensure smooth execution alongside the technical team. Value Creation & Product Delivery: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of critical product features and platform enhancements, translating high-level business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements. Cross-Team Collaboration: Actively engage with internal stakeholders and partner teams to align expectations, foster a culture of seamless communication, and ensure cross-functional initiatives are delivered successfully. Product Discovery & Strategy: Conduct continuous product discovery, market research, and capability analysis to identify new opportunities for platform growth and value generation. Data Analysis & Monitoring: Perform data analysis, build and maintain straightforward monitoring dashboards, and leverage metrics to track product health and make informed decisions. Experience: 3 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably with exposure to platform-based or B2B products. (Note: Highly talented candidates with less experience demonstrating strong potential will also be seriously considered). Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and create monitoring dashboards. Familiarity with SQL for basic data extraction is highly desirable. Technical Aptitude: A solid technical understanding with a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating closely with engineering teams to build scalable solutions. Execution & Agile Tools: Solid proficiency in task management methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira. Preferred Qualifications (Big Pluses) Domain Expertise: Previous experience working in the Ad Tech industry, App Stores, or managing two-sided marketplace platforms is a massive advantage. Data Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Kibana, Apache Superset, or Metabase. Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating core product capabilities within complex, scalable platforms. |
