To achieve this goal, we are looking for a product manager to join several of our teams. Our expectation from the product manager is to take ownership of the product discovery and development process and deliver high-quality products that meet the company's vision. Key Responsibilities: Conducting product-related research and constantly monitoring competitors and industry benchmarks. Improving product-related methodologies and implementing best practices, and enhancing the workflow process. Taking ownership of conducting business tests to improve the product and business metrics. Regularly identifying and discovering new product needs. Promoting and reflecting lean and agile thinking in the organization. Obtaining Delivery and Discovery Ownership to carry out tasks in the direction of the roadmap. Monitoring the product roadmap, considering trade-offs, and increasing understanding and knowledge of the market and business. Defining success at the feature level. Proposing various methods to improve team performance. Protecting the product team's culture and mindset within the organization. Requirements: A strong understanding of product science and a product mindset. At least 2 years of experience in product management. Experience in fintech is a plus. |
