| Description | job title |
| Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead product discovery by deeply understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations in FinTech and payments. Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities for development teams. Work closely with engineering, design, business development, and operations to deliver scalable and reliable products. Define and monitor product success metrics (KPIs) and use data to inform decisions. Manage backlog prioritization, release planning, and roadmap trade-offs. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, LendTech, payments, or financial services. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from discovery to delivery. Experience working closely with software development teams. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and system design at a functional level. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment.
