| Test Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and maintain test cases and test plans for new and existing software features. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing. Execute manual and report findings promptly. Overseeing the drafting of testing documents. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Work closely with the development and product team to understand the root cause of defects and verify fixes. Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. Quality Assurance: Ensure software adheres to quality standards and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality control. Reporting: Prepare detailed test reports and metrics on testing progress and defect status. Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively. Ensuring the successful deployment of products. Responding to requests from the design team and management. Requirments: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance. |
