Job Description:
Gather, analyze, document, and model business requirements according to organizational standards
Create and develop analysis documents based on UML standards
Test and evaluate product features and processes
Communicate with the product owner and business stakeholders to gather and assess system needs and requirements
Participate in working sessions with the technical team or key stakeholders to present product features and obtain approval
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering (Systems Analysis)
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software/Business Analyst
Extensive knowledge of software engineering requirements and documentation with respect to standard analysis and object-oriented design
Expertise in software and business analysis and requirements documentation
Familiarity with financial, investment, and stock exchange systems
Familiarity with programming, SQL, BPMN, RUP, and UML
Ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and prioritize tasks
