| Assist in the development and implementation of document and knowledge management strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address documentation and knowledge gaps Design and maintain user-friendly document and knowledge repositories Facilitate training sessions to promote knowledge-sharing best practices Analyze knowledge usage and metrics to improve knowledge management initiatives Ensure alignment of knowledge management processes with organizational goals Create and maintain various documents including executive methods, SOPs, and policies Support the development and implementation of documentation standards and guidelines Supervise the team with strong people management skills (coaching, mentoring, performance monitoring) Manage day-to-day task planning, prioritization, and execution within the team |
Responsibilities: |
| Strong knowledge of business processes, operations, models, and organizational structures Proficiency in essential software tools (Excel, Word, etc) Deep knowledge of international standards and frameworks such as: ISO 9001 (Quality Management) EFQM (Excellence Model) ITIL (IT Service Management) APQC (Process Classification Framework) ISO 31000 (Risk Management) ISO 27000 (Information Security Management) Ability to analyze and use data to drive process improvements and organizational change Solid understanding of workflow and process management Experience with business process modeling tools/platforms is a plus Familiarity with AI concepts and related tools is a plus |
