Role Overview
At FANAP, we are looking for a Cloud Technical Content Specialist to develop and manage technical and commercial content for Cloud Services. The role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to structure and simplify complex information for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the content structure and standards for Cloud Services
Create and manage Service Catalogs, Datasheets, technical documentation, Billing information, and service introductions
Develop and validate Architecture, Solution, Use Case, and Case Study content with technical teams
Identify content gaps and follow up with relevant teams to complete the required information
Standardize content from different teams based on the Brand Book and content guidelines
Prepare Sales Enablement Materials
Collaborate with Marketing on Website, Webinar, and Event content
Manage content updates and maintenance
Requirements
Experience in Technical Writing, Documentation, or technical content
Strong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
Ability to work effectively with different technical teams
Strong ownership, follow-up, and end-to-end execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Cloud Services and infrastructure concepts such as Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security
Familiarity with AI concepts and services
Experience creating technical content in Cloud, Technology, or AI-related fields
