| We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and take ownership of the technical architecture, development, and evolution of our platforms. Role Overview: As a Technical Lead, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions, collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders, and provide technical leadership to the development team. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical architecture and development of systems Oversee integrations with internal and external platforms Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance Mentor engineers and enforce engineering best practices Translate business requirements into technical solutions Required Skills & Experience: Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, CRM systems, Git, and SQL is required, with proficiency in some being essential and experience in others considered a plus. Strong experience with CRM/eCRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics365 or similar) Solid background in backend development and API-based integrations Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices Proven experience in a senior or lead technical role Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise-scale environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field |
