We are looking for a hands-on Total Rewards & People Operations Manager to build and improve the systems, programs, and processes that support Nobitex’s growth. This role will own compensation, benefits, perks, leave programs, HR operations, HRIS, people data, and reporting. The goal is to strengthen the operational backbone of HR and enable more reliable, data-driven, and scalable people decisions. |
Job Description |
| Benchmark salaries, analyze market competitiveness, and support fair and consistent pay practices. Design, maintain, and improve compensation structures, salary bands, job grades, and Total Rewards processes. Design and improve bonus, incentive, benefits, loan, and ESOP-related processes. Own and improve HR operations, HRIS, people data, reporting, and core employee lifecycle processes. Design and maintain reliable HR workflows, documentation, dashboards, and process governance. Build and manage HR dashboards and reports across headcount, attrition, hiring, compensation, performance, and other key people metrics. Drive automation and process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Improve recruitment operations and define metrics to enhance hiring quality, speed, and predictability. Build, manage, and develop the People Operations and Total Rewards team as the function scales. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and consistent decision-making. |
What You'll Do |
| Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits,ESOP, People Operations, HRIS, or a similar HR infrastructure role. Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, people data, and HR operational workflows. Experience with compensation structures, salary reviews, job grading, salary bands, or reward analysis. Ability to design, document, and improve processes, workflows, and governance mechanisms. Strong attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy, process quality, and execution discipline. Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders. Structured problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear processes and insights. |
What We're Looking For |
| Experience managing, developing, or building a team in an HR, People Operations, or related function Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, HRIS, ATS,Jira,Confluence BI tools, or similar systems Experience with workforce planning, headcount governance, or compensation budgeting Comfort with automation, no-code/low-code tools, AI-enabled workflows, or process digitization If you're passionate about creating meaningful impact, building fair and scalable people practices, and enabling talented people to do their best work, the future is here |
