Your Impact
What You’ll Drive Forward
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of the company’s treasury operations. By managing and controlling daily cash inflows and outflows, bank transactions, reconciliations, and treasury records, you will help strengthen financial controls, reduce operational risks, and ensure better visibility over the company’s cash flow.
Record and control all company receipts and payments, including bank, cash, petty cash, and other treasury transactions.
Perform daily and periodic bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
Monitor bank account balances, cash movements, and incoming and outgoing payments.
Track received and issued checks and maintain accurate records of their status.
Prepare accurate daily and periodic treasury reports.
Control petty cash transactions and ensure timely settlement and documentation.
Collaborate with the Accounting team on account closing and financial reporting activities.
Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and supporting documents.
Follow up on treasury-related discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Support other treasury and accounting activities as required by the Treasury Manager.
What Powers Your Drive
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; graduates from public universities are preferred.
+1 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or finance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with accounting and financial software.
Good understanding of banking processes, checks, transfers, payments, and collections.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documents.
Ability to perform and analyze bank reconciliations.
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and follow-through.
Ability to work effectively with high volumes of financial data and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
