Job Description |
| Plan and conduct mixed-method user research — including qualitative interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data-driven studies Define research goals, hypotheses, and select appropriate methods across different stages of the product lifecycle Recruit participants, run research sessions (in-person or remote), and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, user needs, and opportunities Present research findings in a structured and compelling way to designers, product managers, and other stakeholders Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights directly inform product and design decisions Contribute to Blu’s research repository and help evolve our research culture |
Responsibilities |
| years (2+) of professional experience in UX research, preferably within digital products or services Proven experience designing and conducting end-to-end research studies independently Strong skills in mixed-method research, combining qualitative depth with quantitative validation Ability to translate data and observations into practical, impactful design recommendations Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach with excellent critical thinking skills Clear and compelling communication skills; able to tell stories that inspire product teams Empathy, curiosity, and a natural ability to ask the right questions Comfortable working within cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of research projects |
