We are waiting for you to continue this story. Responsibilities: Lead, support, and develop the Vendor Support team members. Set performance objectives and continuously monitor KPIs. Manage task allocation, review performance, and provide constructive feedback. Analyze operational trends and propose solutions to reduce risk, enhance efficiency, and improve quality. Design and optimize processes related to vendor support. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other teams to ensure workflow alignment. Manage critical cases and resolve disputes with vendors when needed. Manage risks and conduct periodic vendor evaluations. Handle complex issues escalated beyond the specialist level. Provide fast and effective solutions during critical situations or SLA breaches. Requirements: Skilled in evaluating and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in vendor acquisition and management. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project) for tracking project progress and managing tasks. Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
