| We’re seeking a highly creative and operations-savvy Senior Visual Content Supervisor to lead our visual production at scale. In this role, you will provide art direction and day-to-day leadership across three teams: PhotoEditing, Studio(VideoCreation), and Design, to deliver best-in-class visuals for product pages and related needs. The ideal candidate combines strong taste and storytelling with rigorous operational management, KPI ownership, and hands-on expertise in modern creative tools (including AI-assisted imagery). Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and performance-manage three visual teams; directly manage Studio and Design ICs and oversee the Editing function via its supervisor. Define and enforce brand visual standards; own art direction across photo, video, and design deliverables. Plan and produce product videos (short-form, reviews, why-to-buy) and oversee editing, versioning, and publishing across PDP. Oversee photo editing workflows and quality control for studio photography; manage partners/freelancers and ensure SLA compliance. Guide the creation of AI-generated model imagery (e.g., apparel, jewelry) with clear quality, legal, and ethical guardrails. Build scalable design systems and reusable components for infograph |
