We are looking for an eCRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation stages.
Responsible for journey development and execution, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
Take end-to-end ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization across all marketing automation channels.
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve customer engagement, conversion, retention, and overall lifecycle performance.
Monitor, evaluate, and communicate campaign performance insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Work with management to define KPIs, build dashboards and reports, and analyze campaign performance.
Manage marketing automation processes and initiatives, proactively researching and implementing industry best practices and emerging trends.
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to extract, clean, and analyze customer and campaign data using Python, SQL, and analytical tools.
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, especially WebEngage, InTrack, or similar solutions.
Strong knowledge of customer segmentation methodologies (behavioral, lifecycle, RFM, predictive, etc.) and related best practices.
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and campaign optimization.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and validating campaign and customer data.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects and deliver measurable business impact.
Strong independent project management and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
