Responsibilities: Work with various teams and clients to brainstorm, strategize, and create materials such as videos, social media posts, web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, newsletters, and internal communications. Develop engaging visual content for social media and other communication channels while maintaining brand consistency. Transform strategic direction into high-quality designs within the framework of the established brand identity. Handle multiple design projects and media using various software tools, ensuring innovative solutions that meet business objectives. Gather input from managers to ensure designs align with organizational standards, accurately express ideas, and represent the brand effectively. Analyze existing design processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance capabilities. Oversee the design and uploading process for project materials, adhering to best practices in content management systems. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or related fields. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software. Solid understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and print/web design principles. Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems. Motion videography skills are a strong plus. Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking to deliver fresh and impactful designs. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. This role is remote and project-based. |
