We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team and support users through direct communication via phone calls and tickets. In this role, you will help resolve user issues, ensure accurate responses, and follow up in a timely manner to create a smooth and reliable experience for using Bazar. As a Call Center Specialist in Cafe Bazaar, you will: Answer incoming calls Respond to and follow up on support tickets Review and monitor application-related comments Escalate issues to technical departments and relevant teams Follow up on ticket responses and cases assigned to other teams Track and manage requests referred to the support team by other departments Make outbound calls when required |
