| To monitor the performance of access transmission network and multiple turnkey vendors, working with U2000, SO-EM, IPTNMS Netnumen, Net Master & Net viewer To interface with Access TX Regional Managers in order to check the link’s visibility and performance To monitor and guide the DCN planning and implementation programs of turnkey providers (such as the delivery of link visibility according to DCN topology and access plan) for the regional access transmission network To ensure successful operational integration of access transmission networks built by turnkey vendors To ensure interworking of OSS/NMS to other network Element so that transfer of KPI data from all nodes to OSS will be secured To adhereto budget for both capital and operational expenditure to ensure any cost variance between in OPEX and CAPEX are tracked with Cost base lines of the project and change request are raised in time To ensure OSS/NMS SLA and KPIs are met as defined from time to time, so that degradations can be tracked and trigger corrective actions required in related planning and project sides To optimize DCN transmission network performance to ensure all network elements are being monitored in OSS and there is no missed or un-monitored node To ensure healthy server performance and application to raise required change requests when the load of the server or infrastructure are close to “over utilized” thresholds To ensure compliance with any audit requirements from OSS/NMS perspective from time to time to ensure corrective actions and department policies being agreed and submitted as procedures, are being running as planned and variances are detected :Roles & Responsibilities BSc Degree or Equivalent in Electronic / Telecommunication/Computer 3years working in DCN transmission planning and implementation environment |
