Responsibilities :
Strong ownership over the backlog, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment
Prioritize, negotiate and remove impediments to orchestrate a successful feature launch
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and ship new products, including preparing product specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking the progress of in-flight projects
Manage the feature life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to ensure a successful feature launch
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
Strong ownership over the product’s quarterly goals. Monitor and come up with hypotheses and ideas to achieve the targets.
Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives and support the development team with any questions they may have
Own and maintain a dynamic product roadmap and make sure all stakeholders have transparency over product changes.Requirements:
Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Having the strong capability in communicating the results of the analysis to the business and development team and stating the results very clearly
Strong structural thinking
Understanding of software design principles, tools, and technologies
Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behavior
Passion for data-driven product development
