Job Description:
Establish effective communication and collaboration with the product management team, business team, and development team
Contribute to the development of the Product Roadmap
Prioritize development for product modules and features
Manage backlogs and keep them updated
Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements
Ensure transparency of requirements for the development team
Provide a work breakdown structure, release plan, and implementation schedule
Provide regular reports on product status and development
Determine team capacity based on a weighting system and sprint targeting
Actively participate in sprint planning and clarify tasks for the development team
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner
Relevant education in IT or Industrial Engineering
Experience working in Scrum operational environments
Proficient in work breakdown structure based on different Scrum method layers
Proficient in Scrum methodology
Familiarity with Jira tool, settings, and workflow (Familiarity with Jira Big Picture tool is an advantage)
Familiarity with Agile concepts and frameworks
Familiarity with product testing processes
Ability to collect data and document
