We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who is deeply passionate about artificial intelligence and has specialized expertise in Foundation Models such as LLMs and VLMs, and the latest advancements in generative AI. Join our dynamic team to design, innovate, and implement AI solutions that enhance our capabilities and service offerings.
Job Description: As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying scalable AI models that drive our marketplace’s core functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI technologies that significantly improve our product features and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy LLMs and VLMs using PyTorch, Hugging Face libraries, and other relevant AI technologies.
Implement and optimize generative AI models to enhance content creation, personalization, and recommendation algorithms.
Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with product teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and AI solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Mentor junior engineers and lead by example in coding practices, design reviews, and exploratory research initiatives.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with Docker, and cloud services for deploying and managing AI applications.
Familiarity with front-end technologies for deploying AI-driven interactive tools and platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 1 years focused on AI and machine learning technologies.
Formal education is not a primary requirement; however, a strong portfolio of relevant products and experience in AI and machine learning fields is essential.
