We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as an Senior Account Manager. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large brands. Drive sales of our advertising services. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers. Collaborate effectively with the internal teams, including product and design teams. Provide expert advertising advice and solutions to clients. Manage client contracts, including renewals and modifications. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints. Track and analyze marketing KPIs to ensure campaign success. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Ability to see projects through to completion and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy. Results-oriented: Driven to achieve results and exceed expectations. 2+ years of experience in advertising agencies. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with large brands. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
