Job Title: Performance Marketer
We're looking for a Performance Marketer who thrives on data, tests everything, and knows that great marketing starts with great targeting. If you live inside Google Ads, dream of CPC optimizations, and get a little too excited about ROAS reports, you might be our person. You’ll be the first performance marketing hire, which means you’ll get to shape the strategy, own the budget, and prove what works. We’ll start with Google Ads (Search + Display), but if you can stretch into Meta, retargeting, or native ads even better.
Key Responsibilities:
Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search is priority, Display/YouTube bonus).
Discover low-cost, high-converting, long-tail keywords in the cloud/VPS niche.
Write and test ad copy that actually gets clicked (and converts).
Manage budgets with precision, every dollar must work.
Set up conversion tracking and build ROAS dashboards.
Experiment with retargeting, branded terms, and competitor campaigns.
Suggest landing page optimizations to improve conversion rate.
Work with SEO/content team to align organic + paid strategies.
Eventually expand into other paid channels (Meta, native, affiliate, etc.).
Who You Are
Sharp and analytical — loves dashboards, hates fluff.
Google Ads nerd — knows the inside of an account like a pro.
Budget-conscious — treats ad spend like it’s your own money.
Keyword hunter — knows how to dig up long-tail gold.
Tech-curious — ideally understands what a VPS or cloud server is.
Can write clear, conversion-friendly ad copy.
Loves testing — headlines, copy, CTAs, landing pages.
Communicates well and asks questions when unsure.
Wants to build, not just maintain.
Job requirements
2–5+ years in performance marketing or Google Ads management.
Track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPC, and scaling campaigns.
Strong experience with Google Ads (Search essential, Display optional).
Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cloud, hosting, SaaS, or B2B tech.
Bonus Qualifications:
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
YouTube or native ads (Outbrain/Taboola)
Affiliate marketing or partnerships
CRO / landing page optimization experience

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
