| Lead and mentor engineering teams, creating an environment that fosters growth, learning, and high performance. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and priorities. Manage resources, identify obstacles, and create optimal conditions for team success. Align technical teams with business objectives and product strategy. Facilitate software development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Support team growth by identifying training needs and planning for individual development. Actively participate in technical projects when needed, providing hands-on support. |
Responsibilities |
| Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering software projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize development processes. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strategic decision-making capabilities and ability to align teams with broader goals. Resource management skills, including technical, human, and time resources. Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in coding and hands-on problem-solving. Comfortable working in agile, collaborative environments. |
Required Skills |
| Prior experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in product teams. Familiarity with our tech stack (e.g., [Java,MySQL,Grafana,ReactJs,Laravel]). Exposure to DevOps practices, monitoring, and scaling systems |
