Responsibilities:
Working on an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
Demonstrating user research skills and articulating design decisions based on user and business needs
Conducting user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations and user interviews
Documentation of whole design process
We believe in continuous improvement, so you’ll review the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
Active participation in brainstorming and concept development
Effectively communicating design concepts, rationale, and research findings to the team
Simplify complex ideas and communicate with teams across the company
Managing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines and champion projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced environment
Ownership of design-related tasks and artifacts
Create wireframes, prototypes, and full visual designs
Work closely with developers and product managers to see your design deployed perfectly to production
Planning and conducting user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations and user interviews
Leverage modern web technologies to define innovative user interfaces and interaction models that result in improved user productivity and operational efficiency
Develop a comprehensive understanding of project needs by attending design thinking workshops, performing user research, conducting user tests, and designing rich interactive experiences
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Establish yourself as the expert and a trusted advisor to product and senior stakeholders. Contribute to client presentations, convey ideas succinctly and deliver strategic recommendations with confidence
Assist your team and product managers to define an experience strategy for address products
Can lead the experience a project or a feature
Requirements:
Must have strong portfolio and examples of work
Strong knowledge of current design industry best design processes, methodologies and trends
4-6 years experience in product design (UX/UI), with a focus on mobile
Excellent graphic design skills (layout, typography, color)
Mastery of design and prototyping tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Proficiency in Sketch, Figma and Invision
