As a Front End Engineer at BazaarPay, you will design and build high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications that deliver seamless user experiences.
You will take ownership of features end-to-end and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment — contributing to the evolution of reliable fintech products used by millions.
Job Purpose:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
Apply computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and operating system concepts, to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and other cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions and continuously improve BazaarPay’s products.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and help improve front-end development practices across the team.
Requirements
At least 2 years of remarkable experience in front-end engineering.
Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid experience building and shipping production applications with React.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and operating system concepts.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze problems systematically and develop innovative and efficient solutions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for learning new tools and technologies deeply to continuously expand technical expertise.
A self-directed mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on building high-quality, maintainable solutions.
