Job Title: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
We’re looking for a passionate new member to join our cloud team — someone who thrives in ambiguity, dreams in MVPs, and builds like a founder. As part of our team, you’ll take early-stage ideas and grow them into real, revenue-generating products. If you're someone who can connect vision with execution, lead through chaos, and rally a team behind bold ideas — we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Turn abstract ideas into tangible products with fast, focused execution.
Lead market validation efforts, MVP development, and iterative testing.
Conduct user research, run product-market fit experiments, and shape go-to-market strategies.
Build and scale mini-teams around promising concepts.
Collaborate across teams — growth, design, tech, and ops — to bring ideas to life.
Pitch new ventures internally and externally with clarity, vision, and enthusiasm.
Job requirements
Role Requirements:
Proven ability to build products, companies, or impactful side projects.
Comfortable working independently and in uncertain conditions.
Strong execution skills with a bias toward action and learning.
Excellent storytelling and pitching abilities.
Collaborative mindset and leadership potential.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years in startups, product development, or entrepreneurship.
Degree in Business, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications:
Prior experience as a startup founder (even if it didn’t succeed).
Familiarity with lean startup methodology, zero-to-one frameworks, or early-stage fundraising.
Exposure to multiple domains — product, growth, branding, tech.

Work Location & Schedule:
Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
