| In the past few years, Cafe Bazaar has become the main distribution platform for mobile games in Iran. To fulfill this role, we need to recognize qualified games among many games that are being published every day and use them as the raw material to build and update the main page, games categories, and other promotion spaces in our app store. By doing this, we need to ensure that our users can easily find their desired content. On the other hand, we should create a healthy environment for game developers to reach their potential user base. This has shaped an effective and dynamic market for mobile gaming in Iran and this is what you can do if you are a passionate gamer and have an analytical mind. Responsibilities: Managing and optimizing the process of detecting qualified games based on both qualitative and quantitative data Designing a promotion plan for each qualifying game and accompany them through their life cycle Updating the main page, games categories, and other promotion spaces on a regular basis Extracting the right data to verify the effectiveness of each decision and correcting bad decisions Creating new and interesting game collections and editorial lists Following and analyzing new trends of the game industry, what they mean for us and how we can use them to improve our product Requirements Daily user of mobile games (The ideal candidate lives and breathes games!) Possess strong analytical skills to make good decisions and prioritize tasks Familiar with the ecosystem of F2P games and able to analyze their KPI’s Familiar with SQL and able to make data-driven decisions (It is a plus) Flexible, team-oriented and self-sufficient Detail-oriented, passionate and hardworking Comfortable working under weekly deadlines.
