| We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Manager who can drive team performance, ensure smooth delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional squads. If you’re passionate about Agile ways of working and enabling teams to deliver business outcomes efficiently, we’d love to meet you. Job requirements: Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery flow is smooth and predictable Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders Identify delivery risks and remove impediments proactively Track team performance using Agile metrics and drive improvements Support roadmap execution and quarterly planning Foster collaboration, ownership, and a high-performance team culture Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional teams Ability to solve project-based problems with structured and analytical thinking |
