Responsibilities: Identifying the problems of the vendor operation team and analyzing the cause and planning to solve them Preparation and analysis of data needed for strategic decisions of operational teams Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights effectively. Monitoring the key performance indicators of the vendor’s operation teams in order to provide better service to all vendors. Have analytical thinking skills and can turn business questions into clear and measurable metrics Design and review the processes of the team and operational procedures to ensure they are working correctly and provide improvement suggestions. Identify opportunities for automating work processes and enhancing vendor’s operation team efficiency.
