Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow. Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference. Keep detailed meeting notes. Maintain, organize, and order general office supplies. Maintain accurate records and reports on delegated activities. Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory. Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns. Prepare invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and other reports as needed. Assist with other department (especially accounting) related duties. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees. Handle customer service calls and feedback responses.
