Job Description
At blubank, we are seeking talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Back-end Developer to join our friendly and professional team. If you’re looking for a workplace where you can grow and continuously learn, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
Needs Assessment Participation: Participate in analyzing technical requirements and evaluating implementation solutions in collaboration with the Product team and other stakeholders.
Coding and Database Development: Design, develop, and maintain Backend services, APIs, and database structures.
Testing and Performance Optimization: Perform Unit Testing and Integration Testing, and optimize the performance of services, queries, and APIs.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues related to server-side applications and databases, provide effective solutions, and improve code quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Frontend Developers, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Keeping Up with Technologies: Stay up to date with emerging Backend technologies and provide recommendations for improving service architecture, security, and performance.
Code Review and Documentation: Participate in Code Reviews, technical documentation, and continuous code quality improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Backend development.
Proficiency in at least one Backend programming language (Java, Kotlin, Go, .NET, Python, etc.)
Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs or gRPC
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and query optimization
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Docker
Knowledge of software security concepts, Authentication, and Authorization
Knowledge of Microservices architecture and Backend Design Patterns
Familiarity with Unit Testing and Integration Testing
